By accessing or purchasing any product from PassAllPrep ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Products

PassAllPrep provides independent, scenario-based exam preparation materials for professional licensing exams, including the California Contractor State License Board (CSLB) exam and the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification exam.

PassAllPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the CSLB, the Contractors State License Board, the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or any other licensing authority or regulatory body.

3. Access and Payment

Upon completing a purchase, you will receive access to your prep test via the email address provided at checkout. Access is granted on a per-email basis and is non-transferable.

• All purchases are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
• Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute your access credentials or exam content.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at hello@passallprep.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PassAllPrep — including exam questions, explanations, study materials, and website design — is the intellectual property of PassAllPrep and is protected by applicable copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that use of our prep materials will result in passing any licensing exam. Exam content and formats may change without notice; we recommend verifying current exam specifications with the relevant licensing authority.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassAllPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

8. Privacy

Your use of PassAllPrep is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of PassAllPrep after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
